PolySkope Multiplex Enrichment Media (PMEM) is a proprietary enrichment medium used for the simultaneous enrichment of STEC, Salmonella and Listeria and their downstream detection using Real-Time PCR technology after 20-24 hrs incubation at 37°C. The whole workflow is validated AOAC when using PolySkope One multiplex detection kits. The medium is available in powdered (2.5-5-10 kgs) and ready-to-use (bags and bottles) format.
