PATHfinder Real-Time PCR kits are primary tools for modern food and water quality and safety testing. The kits detect in different sample the presence and the identity of microrganisms through their DNA.The kits are developed according to the norms ISO22119, ISO20838, ISO16140 hence they include an internal amplification control, a positive and a negative control. This kit paired to an appropriate DNA extraction kit allows for the detection of Anisakis and Pseudoterranova in less than 2 hours in a fish tissue homogenate.
