This kit allows for the detection in food and feed DNA extracts of the GMO markers cp4-epsps, pat, bar, nptII. Using this real-time PCR kit its possible to detect around 60% of the events registered in the EU GMO database and when coupled to the kit PGE47A-50 allows a coverage of more than 90% excluding only events without typical markers. The kit was developed according to the experimental design of the EU reference laboratory (see https://gmo-crl.jrc.ec.europa.eu/gmomethods/) or in the GMO Web detection database (see https://http://gmdd.sjtu.edu.cn/)
