MODIfinder reference DNA is a purified DNA solution with calibrated concentration and % contamination level extracted from reference materials manifactured by ISO17034 certified institutes - this part number refers to DNA of GM rapeseed MON88302. Solutions are provided by default at a DNA concentration 10 ng DNA/ul and a 1% GM contamination. Custom contamination levels are available. Using MODIfinder reference DNA in a Real-Time PCR experiment it is possible to estimate the level of contamination of a grain lot with a convenient approach developed at Generon without the need of calibration curves.
