The detection of anaerobic spore-forming bacteria by the impediometric method requires their preventive germination through heat treatment and the creation of anaerobic conditions. Using these cells allows you to do this. After placing the sample and the culture medium in the cold cell it is heated in a water bath at the chosen temperature to obtain germination and heating determines the melting of the paraffin chips and the evaporation of the oxygen present in the sample. Liquid paraffin startsify above the sample and as a result of cooling creates a cap that maintains anaerobiosis.
