SPECIALfinder SpyX are laboratory reference materials designed for the process control and the validation of Real-Time PCR kits used in the detection of a food allergen, following an appropriate DNA extraction. Each set is composed by two tubes: tube 1 - contains 1000 ppm (w/w) of CASHEW powdered and dispersed in 5 g of allergens free corn flour - tube 2 - contains 5 g of allergens free corn flour.
