Tryptose Sulfite Cycloserine (TSC) Agar is a selective and differential medium used for the detection and counting of vegetative cells and spores of Clostridium perfringens, by membrane filtration method in water samples for human consumption (ISO 14189) or for inoculation method in food samples (ISO 7937).
