The Staphylococcal Enterotoxins Typing Kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for the identification of Staphylococcus enterotoxins A, B, C, D and E in fluid and solid foods and bacterial cultures to fully characterize samples resulted positive to the screening with the Total Staphylococcus aureus Enterotoxin ELISA Test Kit (Part# MZLR50501). Extraction can be performed using a rapid protocol or using ISO19020 indications. The kit is based on a microtiter plate with 96 wells (12 strips with 8 precoated wells each), allowing 12 tests in total. One strip is necessary for analysis of one sample.
