NSI is an ISO 17034 certified company and supplies lyophilized bacterial strains resulting from up to two passes from primary cultures. In particular, NSI USP61|62 CRM is supplied in pack of 10 individually vaccum sealed samples along with 10 x 1.5mL of sterile peptone buffer. Each Microgel Flash pellet is formulated in NSI proprietary quick dissolve matrix at approximately 1000 CFU delivering < 100 CFU/0.1 mL inoculum after hydration in 1.5mL in supplied peptone buffer, hence sufficient for at least 10 tests per vial. Exact activity is listed on accompanying COA. Unlike other suppliers it is not necessary to subscribe to any user license.
