Tryptone-Bile-Glucuronide Agar is a selective chromogenic medium used for the isolation and counting of ß-glucuronidase-positive Escherichia coli in products intended for human consumption and animal feed using the membrane filter method (UNI ISO 16649-1), the inoculation method (UNI ISO 16649-2) or the MPM-Most Probable Number method (UNI ISO 16649-3).
