neutralizes Rockborn Snyder Hill and Onderstepoort Strains. IgG1 isotype. Reacts with Canine Distemper Virus. Does not react with Canine Adenovirus Type 2 (CAV-2) Canine Coronavirus (CCV) Canine Parainfluenza Virus (CPI) Canine Herpesvirus (CHV) or Canine Parvovirus (CPV). Suitable for immunofluorescence of infected cells and neutralization of virus. This monoclonal antibody is produced as mouse ascites fluid clarified by centrifugation and filtered through a 0.2 micrometer filter. The concentration is 1.0 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline preserved with sodium azide.
